As an alternative to bars and aperitif clubs there are also many pubs where you can find a large selection of local and non-local craft beers.
Beer has always been our great passion.
Since 2004 we have undertaken a series of journeys through Europe and America in search of high quality armrest products, famous or not. First by becoming members of Camra (campaign for real ales), a consumer protection body and in defense of small breweries and the pubs that support them, then following our first love, English beer strictly served from the pump “cask”.
We toured the uk far and wide from brighton via london to the remote north of scotland. We met hundreds of beer-lovers, brewers, consumers, publicans or simple drunks like us. After a solo trip by Giorgio to Rome, directed by the most famous Roman publican, we veered to Franconia and Bamberg, our second home lately.

A dream born way back in 1992: the emotion of a boy who crosses the threshold of the Hofbräuhaus Munich Brewery for the first time.
21 April 2005, thirteen years later, the dream becomes reality and that same boy manages to bring a bit of that magical world to his city: the Hofbräuhaus Genova Brewery is born.
In 2009 the newborn Brewery was awarded as the Best Brewery in Italy by the magazine “Il Mondo della Birra”.
Our Menu combines the Tradition of classic Bavarian dishes with the Craftsmanship and desire to Reinterpret our cuisine: the Meat is selected by us, marinated, spiced and prepared with modern cooking techniques.
We are faithful to Bavarian specialties and we are enthusiastic about combining them with local products, all to be shared toasting with one of our beers.

It is the oldest pub in Genoa, born in 1974.
The place is totally in British style and has three rooms. Obviously there are beers, especially those on tap, present in eight different qualities.
