“Ai Troeggi – wine, beer and bruschetta” is a brand that was born in 2007 from an idea of the founding partners Davide and Emanuele, in order to relaunch a place that stood where once there were washhouses. The name Troeggi, in Genoese, in fact means washhouses. The choice of this name, initially linked to a commercial necessity, has proved to be very appropriate over the years. In particular, the brand identifies very well with the Genoese reality.
The idea is to supply high quality products at sustainable prices. Most of the products treated constitute the best of Italian food and wine. In particular, Ai Troeggi offers only Italian craft beers both on tap and in bottles and natural wines. The house specialty is bruschetta, but the menu also offers cold cuts and cheeses (both Italian and foreign), Piedmontese Fassone meat tartare or raw fish, as well as a good selection of homemade desserts.

La Cialtroneria was born in 2020 and today those who work there define themselves as follows: “A group of young scoundrels with a passion for cocktails, the Tiki world and good food! Today they are famous. The restaurant is rustic inside and typical outside, with tables set up in the small square in the alley of Salita Pollaiuoli.
La Cialtroneria often organizes events, such as the “Birralonga”, “Vinicoli” and “Aperitifs on the boat”, in collaboration with other Genoese establishments. To date, its customers are fond of its sea and land tapas, the now famous “Mussette”.
